The Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD) approved contracts to Crory & Associates, Inc. for Maximo Services.

The scope of services multi-year contract for As-Needed Maximo CMMS Services includes project/functional/technical support in the following areas:

  • Project Management and Meetings;
  • User Concerns;
  • IT Support; and
  • Stability.

The scope of services provided multi-year contract for Maximo Technical Support On-Call Services included project/technical support in the following areas:

  • Project Management;
  • Systems Support;
  • Configuration and Implementation of Maximo Integration Framework;
  • Restructure System Configuration; and
  • Streamline Business Workflows.
